Yes, We offer a 5% discount for returning guests if booked before you end your vacation with us, excluding major holidays.

Yes you can rent longer than a week. We have great rates for those wishing to rent monthly.

All cancellations will forfeit the initial 25% down payment, received at the time of booking. If the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the rental period, 100% of the booking total can be refundable. To avoid cancellation fees travel insurance will be available and offered during the booking process, through a third party vendor.
